I've been holding on to three $1 off 1 coupons for these frozen treats. I figured it would be a coupon I would toss due to expiration. BUT today I went to Crest and they had them marked down to .99 each. Crest will lower the amount of the coupon if it is higher than the product. So I got all three of these for FREE!!
Crest had these stewed Tomatoes on Sale @ 2 for $1.00. I had a coupon for $1 off 3 so I paid $.17 each.
The above products were purchased from Family Dollar. The Warm Delights were $.13 each. Everything else pictured was FREE. I had a coupon for each item that equaled the price making them FREE.

I made a quick trip to CVS. This was an unplanned trip just to get the Deodorant. But as I was walking around I stumbled across a HUGE clearance deal. Their 1 Liter bottle of Listerine & 1 Liter Crest Total Mouthwash was on clearance for 75% off making them $1.67 each. I had just bought the Sunday Paper that had the P&G insert. I knew it would have a Crest coupon. I was right; it had $1 off 1 and $2 off 1. CVS took both. So one of them was a money maker. I looked for a coupon for the Listerine but I couldn't find one. I had a coupon for $1 off 1 Reach floss or toothbrush but didn't think it would work. But it did so I only paid $.67 for the Listerine w/ the Reach Flosser. Not pictured; Mentos Gum that I bought Kurby ( I had a coupon). I used $4.00 in extra care bucks paid $1.07 out of pocket and got $2.00 in ECB's.

WOO-HOO!!!!! That is soooo awesome!Have you started noticing a difference in your budget due to your savings? How all of this works makes since in my mind now but I am still having trouble diving in. Part of me feels it is too good to be true but obviously that is not the case. I have started collecting my coupons and am ready to go! I am so encouraged by you doing this and believe I will start digging in trash cans for coupons asap! :)
